ASU's Commission TOS

PAYMENT
1. Pay 50% first, then pay 50% after I send you the Sketch.
If you cancel at the Color stage, only 30% of the total price will be refunded. I will NOT refund AFTER the artwork is completed. Please understand. :(
2. If I encounter inevitable problems and must cancel at the Color stage, I will refund 50% back to you.
3. PLEASE PAY THE %FEE OF PAYPAL, this can kill me so I ask for your understanding.
4. Feel free to inquire me about anything that is not mentioned in here.
5. If I feel that the commission is out of my current ability range, i will not take up the order.

1. Working process: Sketch-Line-Color. You are allowed to send feedback after each stage.
Please provide image references, and commission description to my DM or email. If there is no reference attached, I have no choice but to decline your Commission.
2. After the first 50% payment, I will send you the Sketch. The lineart and fully-colored version will be sent once you complete your payment.
3. There is no limits on revisions and minor changes, the only exception is when it changes the entirety layout.
Working Time: 1 week - 1 month/artwork (depends on its complexity).ARTWORK
1. NO commercial use of the commission unless discussed beforehand.
2. DO NOT sell/redraw/edit/claim credit/distribute/modify/use my artwork for any ads. Again, unless discussed.
3. I keep the right to use the completed Artwork in my portfolio and social media. If you want to keep it private, please tell me. (+20% private fee)
4. You are free to post the finished commission but credit is expected.*I CAN DRAW~
